As the manufacturer, Unbeatable Blinds is confident in offering a three-year manufacturing guarantee. All our blinds are made to the highest exacting standards and generally problems with our blinds are few and far between. in the event of a manufacturing malfunction, we reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being dispatched. Normally however, images sent to us via email usually suffice.
All Unbeatable Blinds products are rigorously quality checked prior to being dispatched, but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at email@example.com or call our Customer Support Team on 0333 321 4050. You have seven days following receipt of your goods to report any damage or defect due to manufacturing, or damage caused in the delivery process. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
