Delivery Charges, Timescales & Options.

All our made to measure blinds are delivered to you by the UK’s most reputable carriers, not only that, delivery is only £8.95 on all orders up to 10 blinds. Please open your blind packaging with care and ensure you locate the enclosed full fitting instructions, child safety cord / cleat tidy and metal fixing brackets.

Delivery timescales are subject to the availability of material stock that we hold in our factory. For all delivery timescales please refer to individual product pages.

Our preferred delivery carrier is UPS or DPD and when you place your order it can be easily tracked using the instructions on your order confirmation. From time to time we look at other carriers to ensure we are giving our customers the best delivery solution to suit their needs.

Our standard delivery charge is £8.95 for UK Mainland and £10.95 for Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We make every effort to deliver your order within the timescales described above, however, occasionally delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Should any problems arise with delivery where the courier claims it has been delivered, but you have not received your goods we cannot offer a refund but we will re-make your order if there is no evidence of delivery.

Please Note: If you are not home to receive the delivery, the courier may leave your order in a safe place. If you are not going to be home, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we can attempt to rearrange delivery for a different day.

Deliveries out with standard delivery addresses, as designated by our carriers, and certainly out with mainland UK delivery addresses will incur additional delivery charges, these will be communicated to you if applicable at point of purchase.

On all orders we reserve the right to deliver your order up to 60 days after purchase date, any deliveries after this time are subject to full refund if requested.

International Shipping

We can arrange international delivery at your request. To discuss international delivery please contact our Customer Support Team on 0333 321 4050. This option is currently not available online.
