These product terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law and only the Scottish courts will decide any disputes.
On all orders we reserve the right to deliver your order up to 60 days after purchase date, any deliveries after this time are subject to full refund if requested. In the case where a product or products have to be remade, i.e through being damaged or indeed lost in transit, the 60 day rule will be effective from the remake date.
For our customers’ added peace of mind, Unbeatable Blinds accept online payments from the established, trusted payment companies Braintree, Klarna, Clearpay and Paypal, using all major credit cards and debit cards. Rest assured, your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise any possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. You will only be charged for items at the point of order, so shop relaxed and enjoy the experience. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order email from Unbeatable Blinds which will act as your reference document and proof of purchase.

Unbeatable Blinds manufacture most products within the United Kingdom in our own factory and through trusted UK suppliers. We source materials, accessories and components worldwide and whenever possible through fellow UK manufacturers and suppliers. Products that show longer delivery dates are probably, although not always, manufactured through one of our UK suppliers with a European production plant facility.

All our made to measure blinds are delivered to you by the UK’s most reputable carriers. Delivery timescales are subject to the availability of stock that we hold in our factory. For specific delivery timescales please refer to individual product pages.
Please Note: If you are not home to receive the delivery, the courier may leave your order in a safe place. If your order has been left in a safe space, you can find details of this on the courier site, alongside an image of your parcel. If you are not going to be home, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we can attempt to rearrange delivery for a different day.
We offer a next day despatch option with some products when ordered before 12 noon. When the product is ordered after 12 noon it will go into the following days production, this is usually still considerably quicker than normal the normal production / despatch timeframe.

The price you will pay is the price shown at the checkout and on your confirmation email. These prices are inclusive of VAT and the total price shown is the price you will pay. Standard delivery within mainland UK is charged at our standard rate of £7.95 and £8.95 for Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries out with the UK mainland will carry an extra delivery charge, as will special delivery services / requests as per information on our online ordering forms.
*Express delivery on Savina and Ibiza roller blinds incurs no extra cost, you will only be charged our standard delivery fee. 3 to 5 working days when ordered before 12 noon, when ordered after 12 noon day 1 will commence next morning.
You have seven days following receipt of your goods to report any damage or defect due to manufacturing, or damage caused in the delivery process. We only replace damaged goods on a like for like basis. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights. When ordering your goods you are entering in to a legal binding contract. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, made to measure goods, e.g. blinds, are excluded from this legislation and the seven-day cancellation rights.
As the goods are made to measure, and the manufacturing process commences immediately your order is placed, you cannot amend or cancel your order, return goods or seek refund of price paid from you to us.
We have the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to process your order or if the goods ordered have been discontinued.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know of the delay.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.
All of the goods we offer are made to sizes specified by you, the customer. It is your responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure please call our Customer Support Team for help before ordering or consult the online measuring guide. You must check the product details and measurements of the goods before placing your order online and you are responsible for checking the order via the email confirmation. As all of Unbeatable Blinds’ products are made to measure, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you have given us any incorrect measurements.
Made to measure products are custom made by Unbeatable Blinds to your stated requirements. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We advise that you take advantage of our free sample service before placing an order. We strongly recommend that you double check your order to ensure that the products ordered and measurements taken are correct. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that our materials are cut by highly skilled professionals who will be as accurate as possible within a variance of +/- 2cm. We will not replace the order if the sizes are within this tolerance limit and you will not be entitled to reject the goods.
Most fabrics are dyed and therefore each batch can vary slightly in shade. Due to colour variations between product batches we cannot guarantee shade matching for previous orders. In addition, samples dispatched to you may also be slightly different in shade to the eventual order received. Please be sure to look at your sample in situ, this will help show you the true colour of your blind when fitted. Due to the print design of some pattern fabrics it may be that the sample dispatched does not show the full range of colours or pattern design. If you are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the fabric you are advised to call our Customer Support Team on 0333 321 4050 for further advice.
All products we offer are either photographed or digitally produced and are accurately displayed on the website. However, due to different types, styles and settings of digital devices and screens/resolutions, shading and colour may appear differently to the exact colour in reality. We therefore strongly advise that you request a free sample prior to placing your order to ensure that you are happy with the colour before ordering. Whilst every attempt will be made by Unbeatable Blinds to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or sent to you, change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.
Due to differences in our manufacturing process we are unable to provide samples for a select few fabrics. If samples are unavailable, this will be detailed in the product description. We are unable to provide samples of the following product ranges:

We no longer send out any screws or fixings with our orders. The reason for this is because we do not know what material/surface you would be fixing the blind onto, so therefore cannot guarantee that the correct screws and fixings would have been supplied and there would then be a risk of the blind coming loose or falling down.
