For example, a blind that is 150cm wide will have a core of 90cm with two side panels of 30cm each. The joins are made to be as invisible as possible as not to detract from the overall look of the blind. Patterned fabric works better on joins as we match the pattern at the join and a blackout backing helps substantially in hiding them.
